Hi, I have not consistently used the software for over two years but would now like to use it regularly again. Continued to pay all required monthly and annual fees for several years. Apparently, I violated the 30-day connection rule. Now I am struggling to figure how to correctly reconnect. I am probably either not understanding the instructions or using the wrong set of instructions. My clearing firm is Dorman, and I thought I was using the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Maybe that is incorrect? Thanks in advance for your help. |

What order routing service are you setup to use with Dorman? It will be one of either CQG, Rithmic, or Teton. We need to know this to give you the proper instructions to connect.
