Orders not being placed when pressing sell or buy on appex account

Dear Support team, I hope you are doing great. I have problems when placing positions on my Apex-Account. I have a live account over Stage5 with Dorman and get live data. I have connected my appex account with Sierrachart according to the guidness of Sierrachart. It worked, I am connnected and I get live data. But when I press sell or buy, nothing happens.
