Problem with Rithmic account

I know I am missing a setting or there is something wrong with the Rithmic account connection. I got connected to APEX Trader Funding prop firm's Rithmic account and took 2 trades yesterday. But, those 2 trades are not reflecting on the R Trader pro software that Apex has provided to access the Trades and Performance. I reached out to Apex support team but they say that they are not seeing and trades taken. Attahed are the screenshots of R Trader Pro and Sierra chart account info and Trade activity log. Please help!

The clue is the [SIM] next to trade data, you have Sierra Chart in sim mode. Open the trade menu and make sure Trade Simulation Mode On is unchecked Trade Menu: Trade Simulation Mode On (Trade menu) |

If those were the orders you were referring to, then as User431178 states, you entered these in Simulation Mode and not to your trading account. But, you also have your "Trade Activity Log" set to only show Simulated data. In order to see trades sent to your trading service you would need to change the "DisplaySetting" for "Simulation State" to "Non-Simulated".
