My charts not loading

Hi, I am new to Sierra charts and have been following a training course and followed the instructions and set up charts as instructed. However the charts are not loading for some reason. I am only trying to load charts for S & P 500. It looks like you are using a chartbook given to you, and that chartbook has symbols setup for CQG. Since you are not connected to CQG, you need to have that chartbook open and then select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". You should be fine after that.
