Why is Session Time at 9:30 for OVX_CGI. I have it set to Global Time Zone- which is set to CST?

Are you asking why the Session Time starts at 09:30?

If so, then that is just the way it is setup in the Symbol Settings. If you want to change it, you can modify the symbol settings for the symbol ~_CGI. Note that the "Time Zone" for the symbol is blank by default. This is why it will always default to 09:30 for the start, regardless of the time zone of the chart. If you want it relative to a specific time zone, then be sure to set that Time Zone setting in the Symbol Settings, which gives the information for what time zone the Start and End times are set to.
