Hello , i accidentlly renewed my sierra chart service package. I did not intend to renew and i have not used the new billing period. Please cancel the renewal and issue a refund. |

You have not actually purchased anything at this time. The remaining time you have available (27 days) comes from the Trial time you were given when you setup your account. You do have $20.00 in your Services Surplus balance. If you want this refunded, then open an Account Support Ticket at the following link making the request for your Services Surplus to be refunded.
