In Sim mode and the stops were hit but the attached targets weren't removed.

How were those orders entered? Were they setup as Attached Orders on the Trade Window up front, or were they entered separately somehow?

All that require attached orders are checked as such.

I think I figured out what was wrong. I think the OCO groups were incorrectly set. I tried it on another small trade and it worked correctly. I'll let you know if it happens again. I'll double check all the configs.
