I see in the documentation, Sierra Chart Historical Data Service historical tick data should be available for CME contracts back to 2011, however, in my intraday files I am not seeing any records until 2014 with Open of 0.0, which according to the documentation is a single tick. https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/IntradayDataFileFormat In data and trade services, I have Intraday Data Storage Time Unit set to 1 tick. Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download is set to 20000 for 1-Tick Data. Is there something else I need to do to acquire the tick data for 2011 to 2014? ESH11 is an example. For me, I see the first record in my .scid file as │ SCDateTime ┆ Open ┆ High ┆ Low ┆ Close ┆ NumTrades ┆ TotalVolume ┆ BidVolume ┆ AskVolume │ ╞══════════════════╪══════════╪══════════╪══════════╪══════════╪═══════════╪═════════════╪═══════════╪═══════════╡ │ 3499897800000000 ┆ 119225.0 ┆ 119225.0 ┆ 119200.0 ┆ 119200.0 ┆ 3 ┆ 4 ┆ 0 ┆ 0 Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-04-13 02:25:42
