John, Can you let me know what you think is wrong here? Apex has confirmed that all is well on their side, and that my login as shown in the attached file is correct. The second file shows I have YES enabled for 'allow support for SC'. So why won't SC connect to the Rithmic/Apex feed? What am I doing wrong? Please, I can't trade until we sort this.
