Dynamic number atop the chart DOM?

Hello SierraChart--thank you for such an incredible software package, I love SC. I've been trying to figure out what the dynamic number atop the chart DOM is--is it bid ask ratio, or something else? No explanation that I can find seems to square with what I see that number doing. Thank you!

That is the DOM Graph Ratio. There should be one at the bottom of the Bids as well, but it may be off the screen, as it will be just below the last level displayed.
