I received a communication stating that my account has changed from a non-professional trader to a professional one.
I would kindly like to know the reason for this change since in the initial registration procedure I repeatedly specified that I am a beginner trader with non-professional specifications.
I take this opportunity to ask whether all the other steps carried out in the initial configuration are correct for trading and having real-time data.
