Hello,

I have Sierra Chart version 2891 64-bits.
I recently subscribed to the Denali EUREX EOBI data feed and opened several DOMs. I am currently experiencing two issues:

1. On the FESBM26-EUREX[M] DOM, the bid/ask depth quantities are displaying abnormally, as shown in the screenshot below.
2. On the FDXMM26-EUREX[M] DOM, the quantities appear unusually low. I also checked the FDAX, and the quantities there seem abnormally low as well. I am unsure what could be causing this issue.

Thank you for your help.

Tony.

Problems like this would be due to packet loss and we checked and there is 0% packet loss today with EUREX. It is also very unusual to see a packet loss problem with EUREX.

So therefore the data must be correct.

Thank you.

Any idea why the depth levels are not fitting properly within the column cells ?

I encounter this problem only with the FESBM26-EUREX[M] DOM

We have the Tick Size for this futures product set incorrectly. We are fixing this now. It needs to be .05.
