Check the following two settings and see if the values are set to be the same as the background. The first one is most likely the one you would need to change, but note the information in that entry regarding why you would need to check the other one: Graphics Settings: Chart Values Scale Text Color Customizing Fonts, Colors, Line Styles, and Widths for Chart Trading, Chart DOM, and Trade DOM: Chart DOM Values Scale Text Keep in mind that there are both "Global" and "Chart Specific" graphics settings, so make sure you are looking at the correct one for that chart.
