Only load most recent intraday data?

I use an intraday chart instead of a daily chart to view the last 100 - 200 days of the continuous ES futures symbol. I do this instead of using historical charts so I can separate the regular day session from the overnight session. Doing it this way obviously increases the amount of time needed to load the chart data when opening the chartbook.

My question is this: Since only the most recent session actually changes each day, does ALL the intraday data going back 100+ days have to be loaded every time? Put another way, is it possible to save the chart with most of past data so that upon startup only the most recent data needs updating on the chart?

This is not a chart I execute trades on, and there are minimal studies applied to it if that matters.

The data has to be reloaded when you start Sierra Chart. If the program has stopped running, then the data needs to be reloaded when it is started again.
