Hello, I renewed my Package 11 subscription two days ago ($46). Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I will not be able to use Sierra Chart for some time. I would like to kindly ask if it is possible to temporarily deactivate my account (not cancel it), and have the remaining unused subscription time credited back to my Sierra Chart account balance for future use. I fully intend to continue using Sierra Chart later once I have more time available. Thank you very much for your understanding. |
