Hello, How do I get the AvailableFunds balances, in the Trade Account Monitor window, to update in real time? Currently, they only update after I exit the trade or if I click 'refresh trade data from service' in the Trade dropdown menu. This is strange because I did not experience such inefficiency while using Ninjatrader 8 and did not expect it from Sierra Chart. I look forward from you. Best regards, Chuka |

Hello, If that was the case why does it update when I use Ninjatrader. Are you sure you are offering the correct advice relating to the issue? |

We do not know. We are 100% correct, with what we say. This is not something we can help with. The server is not sending updates as often as you want.

The issue isn't a server issue its a software issue. Do you know the technical side software well or do you search the knowlwdge bank for answers. You don’t sound like you have technical knowledge and your customer service skills are very poor. It should be an easy fix or do you reccommend that i abandon Sierra Charts completely? Can you relay exactly i am saying the issue is? |

The post in #4 is from our Chief Engineer. He knows the software better than anyone, and has written most of it. So when he states that the systems work a certain way - it is absolutely true that it works that way. And if he states that it is not going to change, then that is the final word on the subject. Now that's a better reply. Thank you John. I didn't like the first persons tone, Chief engineer or not he needs to learn communication skills. Abrupt answers do not reflect wellon Sierra Charts 20+ years reputation. Sierra Charts were one of the first to offer retail futures charting at this level. Do not allow poor communication skills to ruin the brand.

We do suspect we know why there is a difference and that is that the interface Sierra Chart has to Rithmic is developed by Rithmic and that is specific to Sierra Chart.
