Intraday Data Files Repeatedly Corrupting / Charts Not Loading

Hello, I am having repeated issues with charts not loading. The loading process gets stuck (for example at 50–99%) and never completes. This has happened multiple times across MES and ES symbols. Deleting the .scid files fixes it temporarily, but the issue keeps returning. Examples: - MESM26_FUT_CME.scid - ESM26_FUT_CME.scid Steps I have taken: - Deleted .scid files - Re-downloaded data - Restarted Sierra Chart The issue continues to happen. Can you advise: 1. Why these files keep getting corrupted 2. What settings I should change to prevent this 3. If there is a deeper issue with my data or installation Thank you. |

What is the timeframe of chart bars in the chart? We want you to set those chart bars to 10 minutes per bar through Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period. And see if you still have a problem.
