Denali real-time sub-client not starting under generic DTC Service

I'm using a generic DTC Service connection with Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds enabled. My symbol settings specify realtime-data-client: SC_Exchange_Data_Service_Sub_Client_7 and sc-data-symbol pointing to NQTV symbols with always-use-sc-exchange-data: true. Denali historical data downloads work — Sierra connects to the ds servers and pulls the correct data. The [M] indicator appears. After the historical load completes, real-time streaming does not start. The log shows: Historical data for AAPL-NQTV is delayed because connection to main data feed is not present. The same symbol settings work immediately under SC Data. Is there a setting or logon flag I'm missing to enable the real-time sub-client when the selected service is a generic DTC connection? |
