Hi, please can you explain why highlights are appearing on TOS when the setting "colour row" has been disabled?

Please find screenshots attached,

Thanks

We can not explain what you are seeing in that case.

Please get us the chartbook that has that Time and Sales window in it, and we will take a look and see if we can reproduce and figure out what is occurring. Follow these instructions to get us the chartbook:

Also, may you kindly look at the weekly open Period OLC study? I can not seem to get the study to show the open for the start of each weekly profile... selecting "yes" to use current period works, however this only shows the open for the current weekly profile. if no is selected to use current period the opening lines appear all over the place.

The Time and Sales highlighting is coming from a trade that occurred either below the Bid or above the Ask. There are color controls for these as the following items:
- Time and Sales: Below Bid Trades Background
- Time and Sales: Below Bid Trades Text
- Time and Sales: Above Ask Trades Background
- Time and Sales: Above Ask Trades Text

There is not a way to remove those highlights.

What chart has the Period OHLC on it that needs to be looked at?

We are not seeing any issue with the "Period OHLC" study as you have it, and it works fine regardless of the setting for "Use Current Period". The only item of note is that you have the "Number of Days to Calculate" set to "6", so if you are wanting to view data for previous weeks, you need to increaes that value.
