Hi,i have 2 different pc's and like to setup for 2 devices. Unfortunately i get this: Error setting number of systems to 2. At least one exchange which is active, is not enabled for renewal. How can i solve this so i can fix this: MacConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionDifferentDevices = 2 i had package 4 (with market depth) and paid yesterday 13.50 (for extra pc, so i paid 2x for this feed but it still wasn't working for 2 systems. today i changed the data package to 2, and activated renewal package 4 is Active till end of billing period. How can i enable 2 systems , with package 2 ? (Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts) Thanks |

The issue is that you had the following exchange active, but you deactivated it sometime this month: - CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts Since you still get the data from that exchange (since the exchanges do not give refunds) this creates a confounding situation for selecting the option to have "2 systems" for the data. You need to decide on which of the following you want to do: - Activate the exchange that is currently deactivated, then set the option for "2 systems", then deactivate the exchange again. This means that you will pay a second exchange fee for that exchange. - We can fully turn off that exchange for you so you can then set "2 systems" for the exchanges that are currently active. This would mean that you would stop getting the data for the deactivated exchange once we do this. There is still no refund for the exchange in this case. ok. i have enabled the exchange again ands was able to set it to two pc's. i have now paid 3 times this month for this exchange..... but ok at least i have data now. for the next month i only want 1 exchange for 2 systems. If i deactivate the exchange which i enabled today again is all done automaticaly ? or do ineed to cancle on the last day of the month? im ok with both exchanges for this month, i'm not using market depth...so switching to the new exchange without makrket depth is ok for me as long as i get the data on 2 pc's thanks for the help |

If you now disable the exchange that you do not need it will not renew but stay active until the end of the month.
