Hey I was using Sierra for the past 2 weeks without any issues. And today I woke up to this issue where the chart is bugging constantly. I have a countdown timer and I can see that it's not smooth anymore. For sometime it would go second by second and then it would get blocked and then jump 3 seconds, then again jumps 2 seconds, come back to second by second, then jump 6 seconds at once etc.. I am not sure why. The other issue I have is that I use replay a lot, so trying to replay charts from March 5th/6th, shows an extremely choppy chart, with candles jumping levels instead of a smooth chart as it used to be. So I am confused about these 2 issues. |

The Countdown Timer jumping can be normal, depending on the trading occurring. From the documentation: When the Countdown Timer study is used on a chart with time specific bars (Example: 5 minutes per bar), the remaining time will only advance when trades occur. To overcome this, set the Display Continuous Time Countdown Based on Real-Time Clock Input to Yes.
The replay issue can be due to any number of items. What are your replay settings? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hey I was able to fix it. It was due to the number of milliseconds in chart settings as well as the rollover contract. During ON, it also trades slowly because during the RTH session its working as expected. It's solved, thank you. |
