historical daily data download failed error downloading historical daily data for MCL-202604-NYMEX-USD hello, for some reason i cannot download the daily chart data for this symbol. the intraday works file. but the daily doesnt download. CL works. please help. |

You are getting your data from Interactive Brokers for those symbols, so we do not know why you would have this problem. The only thing we can recommend for you to do is to update to the latest release. It looks like you are on a fairly older release at this time, and we want to ensure that this is not the cause of the issue. There were some changes to support fractional quantities from Interactive Brokers, although we do not recall anything related to data. Still, we really need for you to be on a current release in order to rule out any changes since the version you are currently on. If updating does not resolve, it, then you would need to check with Interactive Brokers. There is nothing else on our end that would relate to the specific issue you are having.
