I paid for the denali data feed but do not have access because I don't know how to connect my Live Interactive Brokers trading account which has to be connected once per month. Please help on how to connect my IBK accounts, in the data/trade service settings I see interactive broers as an optio but there's no fields to introduce my account credentials. Looking forward for your guidance. Cheers, |

Yes, that and pay for the Denali data each month. You can view your "Verified Until" date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges If you are not staying connected to Interactive Brokers, then you will need to remember to connect at least once a month. If you are constantly connected, then this will automatically update every 5 days. Keep in mind the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis and are separate from your Sierra Chart package. So the exchange fees are taken out of your account on the first day of each month. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
