I'm trying to move all my settings and files over to my new computer following the guide here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails15.html#loginForm However I can't seem to port over my settings i.e. graphics settings is default, lock fill region seems to be greatly increased at the right side, my Control Bar and graphics settings all went to default, my right click menu also refused to be updated to my previous settings. All my other studies are correctly moved, just that my user configurations do not seem to have ported over. Do I have to manually set Sierrachart to manually detect Sierra4.config file? We do not know what you mean by this. From what you are stating, it sounds like you did not move the "Sierra4.config" file from your old installation to the new one. This file is located in the main Sierra Chart installation folder (typically C:\SierraChart). Be sure that Sierra Chart is not running in either location when you copy this file. I have included the screenshot to show the config file is saved in the right folder. I only have the sierrachart running on my new machine.

All of the items you are referencing are stored in that file. So if you do not have the correct information showing, then we recommend trying to copy it over again.
