It was always that when we went to Studies and typed in a few letters like MOV for Moving Averages, it would default to Moving averages, but now it will default to V as the last letter typed. Can we please get this back to the way it was? I downloaded the latest versions and I see it's still the same. Also, Always on Top and Always Visible doesn't seem to work either. I tuck some charts at the bottom of my monitor with only the heading showing, but if anything is on top and doesn't have Always on Top and Always Visible, it will hide the Always on Top and Always Visible header. This wasn't a problem in earlier versions. The workaround is to move the chart on top a bit higher, but it would be great if it just worked as it says on the tin because if I temporarily place a chart with Always on Top and Always Visible higher up for analysis, and change to another Chartbook, I can't be sure I can find that chart that was supposed to be always on top and visible when I go back to the first Chartbook. |

Yes, we are aware of this. Engineering is looking into it, but we are not sure when it will be resolved. Also, Always on Top and Always Visible doesn't seem to work either. There haven't been any changes to this from our end. The option for "Always On Top" is an Operating System function and only applies to detached charts. The recent changes have all been for the MDI windows, which are the windows that are displayed within the main Sierra Chart graphics area, not detached windows. So if it is not working properly, then there is nothing we can do immediately for it, as this is completely an operating system issue. This would require a complete rework of how that option is being handled - and we are not certain that is even possible.
