hello guys, i have'nt been active for many many months.
unfortaintely i didn't freeze my account.
please freeze it now but give me the option to start again with simulator when im ready.

i've lost many months both on charts and your monthly fee.
please check what you can do for me.
i'm down a bunch of money :(
