Have noticed in the latest update my Control bar Tool Config buttons randomly become locked and cannot be selected when I want to change the config of a drawing. Seems to happen when I use the Chart Shortcut menu to initiate the drawing (which is how I do it 99% of the time). I also have the 'Lock' button on the Control bar (mostly active unless ready to trade) and if I toggle it to 'off' this seems to alleviate the problem, but if I toggle it back on it continues to work as expected for a period of time then it stops working again.
