I have turned on "record market depth data" and "support market depth" and applied market depth historical graph study as well, but nothing happens. Plus in the chart header, there is a code: 00:00:00,000. Does it have to do anything with this case? I appericiate if someone provides me with help.

The image you provided looks like it was taken at a time when the market was closed. If you had made the changes you did after it was closed, then you will not have any market depth data until the market opens again. Now that the market is open, let us know if you are still not getting the Market Depth Historical Graph to display in that chart.
