Can not see the market depth on my simulated trading DOM in replay mode

Dear SC Team, I looked at the support board + on line manual but for whatever reason, I am not able to see the market depth on my simulated trading DOM in replay mode. I am using the candle chart for CLJ26 and would like to review the DOM the 13th of FEB 26 but this is not displayed. Chart replay is fine. DOM is just displaying the bid-ask spread with a 1 lot quantity for the current day, not the 13th of FEB 26. I tried to down load the historical depth of market as mentioned in the tutorial by adding this in the study of the chart but I do not see it displayed on chart either. My DOM & chart have the same General timeline. you advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you |

Hello, Thanks for your answer. I followed every instructions marked in the " Replaying of Market Depth Data" section,including sub links within. The bottom line is that: I am able to see the market depth at the desired date ( 13th Feb 26 for oil CLJ26). I am able to see a tape on my chart if selected. I am also able to see, now, the depth of market on my DOM chart BUT I am not at all able to see the right price on the DOM CLj26 while I carefully selected "All charts" option on the replay window. There is a huge difference of current price between the chart and the DOM. Would you have any hint please? I am clueless. Thank you. Best regards |

ps: I just checked two points => Both Time & sales windows AND Market Depth Window are showing accurate data. The only wrong & missing data are on my chart DOM, not my graph.
