l am drawing a Horz line and want to set alert on this. My steps; Right click on line > Alert > set the alert and click ok. But l can't see anything on alert manager. What am l missing ? |

Thanks for respond, l get the alert, fixed it. But is there anyway to see my all set alerts. In Alert maneger l can see only happened ones. For exemple l draw 5 line and set alert to 3 of them. Is there a sign that the lines are set alert or a window that l can see ? |

You can see if an alert has been set on a drawing in the "Tools >> Manage Chart Drawings Window".

Okay, l can see my alert thanks but if l set "same alert" to extending rectangle l can't see any alert on that window.

We do not understand. What do you mean by "Same Alert"? What are you doing that is not showing for the Extending Rectangle? We added an alert to an Extending Rectangle, and we see the "Alert" notification in the Chart Drawings Window. Simply, l am setting an alert to Extending Rectangle. But l can not see it in the Chart Drawings Window. l see only Line alert. So, you are going to say alert is not set correctly but l did same steps for Line alert and it worked. |

Attached is a quick test that we just did, where we added an Extending Rectangle and two Line drawings to a chart and added alerts to the Extending Rectangle and one of the lines. You will see that the word "Alert" shows in the Alert column for the drawings that have the Alert on them. So we are not able to reproduce what you are seeing. The most likely reason is that the alert was not "activated" for the Extending Rectangle. Keep in mind that you need to have the option at the top enabled for "Enable Alert for Chart Drawing" the first time an alert is added to a drawing. Once an alert has been added and activated, then it will stay associated with that drawing even if the option for "Enable Alert for Chart Drawing" is not enabled.
