Historical market depth not displaying

I have the MDHG installed on a 30 sec chart. I have the chart dom on and see the depth levels printing on the chart. The MDHG was initially displaying on the chart but stopped about a week ago. I don't recall changing anything. What do I need to change?

If the Market Depth Historical Graph is on the chart, and you are getting market depth data for the particular symbol, then you should have the Market Depth Historical Graph displaying properly. Keep in mind that depending on your settings for the Market Depth Historical Graph, you may not be seeing any values simply due to the size of the market depth data values compared to what they were when you originally set it up. You should check your settings for that study to ensure that you have everything setup in a way that you will get what you want for the current data. Also, another item to help determine what is occurring is to set the Input for "Use Secondary Numbers Color for Quantities Greater Than or Equal To" to a value of 1 and then set the "Secondary Numbers Color for Quantities Greater Than or Equal To" to a bright color that can easily be seen. If you do not see any numbers displayed at all using the above, then be sure to expand your scale, as the price spacing may be so small that you are not able to visualize anything (which would also point to an issue with why the study is not displaying at all). You may want to use the "Combine Increment in Ticks" in this case. I did the above 3 and I still have no graphing on the chart. I am charting MES, using 99, 149 and 199 for actual values. There are depth values equal to or greater than those settings now.

We are not able to get the Market Depth Historical Graph to show on that chart at all either. And we can not figure out why it is not working. We opened a new chart for the same symbol and the Market Depth Historical Graph is working correctly in that chart. Therefore, please start a new chart and add the Market Depth Historical Graph to that chart and see if it displays properly. If it does, then continue with that new chart and remove the old chart that is not working properly. If you continue to have the same issue with a new chart, then let us know. Hi, Was there any resolution to this? Mine has stopped at almost the exact day as this post was created. I have been troublshooting it until now, thinking it was something i had pressed. I was running my charts fine, and my historical market depth was working fine for months. Now it pulls no history. Shows no errors. It only displays what it records in real time. I have been through the setup instructions, on a brand new workbook and a brand new chart. I trade equities. I have done my testing on the trusty SPY_MBO & QQQ_MBO. I have also tried loading a brand new ticker, MSFT_MBO, never before loaded. Same. |

The system downloading of historical Market Depth data is not perfect. In other words, it doesn't always realize there is missing market depth and automatically download it.
