hello How to I access this/apply for it? i have built out custom studies that I have a batch of sierra chart users who I want to control licenses to? Is there a specific person/email i need to message to unlock it and how do i begin the process? thank you! |

You do not need any one to help you. The instructions are here: Advanced Custom Study Interface and Language (ACSIL): Redistributing and Allowing Use Only by a Defined List of Users Basically these are the steps. 1. Add New SCDLLName / Study Group. This should match the SCDLLName in the study https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ManageCustomStudiesDLLUsers 2. Add users to the group on the same web page. You should already be one of them from step 1. 3. Upload the file(s) to the server using the Edit Files button on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=SetFileGroupsForCustomStudies 4. Refresh that page and find the new DLL Name. Add the files you uploaded to the Group 5. Test everything is working by starting a separate instance and looking for the file downloads. 6. Notify your users they can restart to get the files. |
