SGN - 1 particular stock not updating

Hi there, I have an issue with one stock not updating. The ticker is SGN. In the same chart and quote book, all other tickers are fine apart from this one. I added the ticker to the quote board along with another ticker and attached it to this ticket. The time is 4.32am and you can see VHUB is updating but SGN is not. The bid, ask and volume for SGN is updating but all the other info is not, almost like this ticker got stuck at 19.00 the day before. I've tried deleting the chart data and redownloading but nothing changes for this one. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks |

I can see it is not loading for me too. You can see bid/ask moving, chart itself is not updating.

Another one with GETY too just now. I've attached the screenshot showing bid/ask is being updated on quote board but everything else seems to be stuck at 19.00. Same issue.

Which thread is that? I installed a new version of Sierra Charts from scratch and it also had the same issues, so it's not on my end. |

There was an issue with the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape which has been resolved.

Thanks John, when can we download that data that was missed? There's a gap for those tickers for this morning to around 11am. I tried deleting and redownloading but there's nothing there for that gap. I've attached a screenshot of my graph. Thanks. |

The missing data will be patched tonight (Central US time). So it should be there in the U.S. morning time.
