Chart Trade panel CancelAll button looks set to inactive but is set on

Cancel All (Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> General >> Display Trade Window Controls) is set to yes. The CancelAll button in my Chart Trade panel is disabled (only has colour under the text but the rest of the button is grey). Is there another place this is set or overridden? I read the docs https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GlobalTradeSettings.html#ChartTradeSettings_CancelAll. |

If there are no working orders for the Symbol and Trade Account of the chart or Trade DOM, then this button will be disabled. This is normal.
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Cancel All |
