Hello Support
All charts in all chartbooks are black screens in all instances.

Restarted in safe mode ... same problem
Selected load no charts in safe mode same problem when opening any chart books or a new chat

Sim mode.... same problem
Update translate charts to current service ... same problem

Shut down computer & restart .... same problem

It is updated to the current version

Message log
I tried a new intraday chart and same problem black screen , tried opening up an older chart book same problem.



(Log removed. No obvious issue.)

Rolled back the version and still nothing.

Updated again to the current version .... still no visible anything

Opened 2 other instances and nothing on them either.

User has been called. The issue was that OpenGL was enabled and we do not know why on the user's system, when using OpenGL, there was no graphics rendering at all.

Thanks for the assistance, I will keep open GL off, probably forever.


Here is the vertical price line from the built in studies... not sure if it is accurate.
