In 2719 I could add a chart, then exit with Save All, restart SC and the new chart would be loaded. In 2883, the new chart is always removed. I've tried various approaches and always failed. Has the behavior changed? Is it documented somewhere? To reproduce. I have MyChartbook loaded under Global Settings + General + Open Files at Startup When I start SC, I see AAPL as the only chart. I add QQQ as a second chart. I see its tab at the bottom and it's listed along with AAPL in Window + Windows and Chartbooks. I Save Chartbook then Exit and Save All I restart SC. I briefly (500 ms?) see both AAPL and QQQ tabs but then QQQ is closed. I'm left only with AAPL. QQQ has disappeared. Only AAPL is listed in Window + Windows and Chartbooks -Dale |

This should not be occurring. The only reason we can think of that would cause something like this is that your drive is full, so the chart is not actually saving properly. Be sure to check that you have drive space. If not the above, then get us that Chartbook after you save it and we'll see if we can reproduce what you are seeing. Follow these instructions to get us the chartbook: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching a File (Optional) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
