Dear Support Team! Everytime when my bracket orders - child orders got hit, I've get a error message in the message log. I have attached a screenshot of this. Also lets say the stoploss got hit, and the take profit wont cancel automatically, I have to manually "x" that order. Could you be so kind and assist me how to fix this? Thank you in advance! |

We do not know. That error is coming from Rithmic, so you would need to ask your broker or Rithmic why you are getting that specific error in your case.
