Hello, I currently have Sierra Chart Service Package #11 - Integrated Advanced. I also have an active live trading account through IronBeam. I believe this should enable me to link my IronBeam and my Sierra Chart accounts and to see live data on Sierra Chart. But I do not know how to do this. Please advise me as to how I can do this, or if there is some step I am missing. Thank you, Jeremy |

What order routing service are you setup to use with Ironbeam? Once we know this, then we can point you to the proper instructions to make that connection. What are the exchanges for which you are wanting real-time data? The Exchange that I am looking for Real Time data is CME. I have Teton order routing (via my package 11 Service with Sierra). Jeremy |

Follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart software to your Ironbeam account using Teton start at Step #5: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions You need to follow the sub-instructions for Step #5 to setup the data for the CME Group. Then continue with the rest of the instructions for the Teton Order Routing. Thank you. I was able to go through most of the steps, and got successful confirmation of them. But I get an error when I reached the step where I connect to the data feed: Connection Error Message from Service: Teton CME Routing | Connection Error No Trade Accounts Assigned | Date-Time 2026-02-17 19:33:00 |
