We are not really sure what you are wanting to accomplish, but here are some ways to copy a chartbook:

1. Select "Chart >> Duplicate All Charts to Chartbook". Refer to the following:
Chart Menu: Duplicate All Charts to Chartbook (Chart menu)

Then in the window that comes up for copying the charts, set "Create New Chartbook" to "Yes", and then select OK to duplicate the charts.

This will create a new chartbook with the charts in it. Select "File >> Save As" to then save the chartbook with the new name you want.

To change the symbols in the charts, follow the instructions at the following link for whatever method works easiest for you:
Changing the Symbol of a Chart

2. Exit from Sierra Chart and go to the "Data" folder under your main Sierra Chart installation folder.

In that folder, find the chartbook that you want to duplicate. The file extension is ".cht". Copy and Paste that file so you have a new file, then change the name of that new file as you want.

Refer to the same information as above to change the symbols of the charts.

As noted above, there is no special way to change the symbols for all charts. One way to handle this is to setup linking prior to creating the new chartbook, so you have the symbol linked between the charts. Then after you create the new chartbook, you would only have to change 1 chart and the rest will follow due to the linking. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Chart Linking >> Symbol (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Linking menu)
