OpenGL fonts now have more spacing under them

Nvidia OpenGL fonts were okay up to v2798.

Sometime after this version, and including v2879, there is now additional space/banding under every character.

It looks like a small thing, but this makes it more difficult to pack in more lines of data on some charts, requires changing of spacing on every chart depending on setup, and looks a bit odd. Please see attached.

Yes we know the additional height is required to create the glyphs. Sometimes some characters based upon the particular font can extend below the rectangle which is based upon the height of the character, and this is a problem. It is necessary, to add additional height. Otherwise, some characters get cut off at the bottom. And there is no way for us to know this ahead of time.

v2885. I tried an AMD video card, and updated AMD video drivers. The font rendering has improved a lot. There is no more extra black space under the characters, and each character is more finely rendered. Ie. all the text looks sharper.
