Hi, I have already set up on my primary computer the connection to AMP TETON without any problem, but i have replicated exactly the same on my backup computer and on this backup computer the charts shows TA: Unset (on primary computer my AMP account is shown and everything works fine). If i go to the account balance window, my account is perfectly displayed as well as my balance, but the charts are not connected to the account showing TA: Unset which i believe will result in not being able to trade from it or flatten positions. As said before, on my primary computer everything is working fine but on the backup one i am facing this problem (even when primary computer is logged off). Thanks for your help as i am new to SierraChart. Best regards |

In the field where you select the "Trade Account" on the Trade Window, if you open this up, do you see the account you want and can you select it? No, it is blank and when the field is open also blank and nothing to select from. Also real time data (Denali) is not working despite having it connected and having purchased double data in order to be able to have real time in both computers. I guess the real time date issue is linked to the account connectivity issue. Thanks |

On the computer where you are having the issue, what is the following set to: - Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service Also, please get us your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Lines From Trade Service Log For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

The issue was related to the path you mentioned: - Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service Once that was reviewed and corrected, the problem was fully resolved. Both computers are now working simultaneously without any issues, and i am also receiving real time data on both. I really appreciate your help and the great support provided. Thanks |
