Hi, I have already set up on my primary computer the connection to AMP TETON without any problem, but i have replicated exactly the same on my backup computer and on this backup computer the charts shows TA: Unset (on primary computer my AMP account is shown and everything works fine). If i go to the account balance window, my account is perfectly displayed as well as my balance, but the charts are not connected to the account showing TA: Unset which i believe will result in not being able to trade from it or flatten positions. As said before, on my primary computer everything is working fine but on the backup one i am facing this problem (even when primary computer is logged off).
