Hi, I have a direct Rithmic login and can access Rithmic Trader as well as connect that feed to Investor/RT (Linnsoft). It’s a data-only login, not a brokerage account. I’d like to use this same Rithmic connection with Sierra Chart for simulated trading so I can practice discretionary entries. Is that possible?

We really do not know. This hasn't come up before, although someone else asked a very similar question today. We are not aware of any controls on the Rithmic side that would prevent this, but that does not mean that they aren't there, just that we are not aware. All you can do is try and see.
