We are not seeing an issue with the data for VX at this time. The one thing that you need to do is to ensure that you are using the same symbol style for all charts for the CFE. There are two different symbol options: - VX?##-CFE - VX?##_FUT_CFE You need to ensure that you are using only one format and not using a mix of the two between charts, otherwise the software will get confused and you would stop getting data. i just noticed that i'm using a very old version: v2504 Release Date: 2023-05-18 while the latest version is 2874 Release Date: 2026-02-01 this might have something to do with it? if so, how do i gradually update so that my charts don't break jumping from 2504 to 2874 just "install previous version" and jump 4 versions every time until i'm on the current version?
