Hello, my data freezes with Rithmic. I've seen that it happens to other people. The Rithmic data is correct because I've tested it on another platform, Rithmic Trader Pro. Any solution?

We have had a few reports of people with this issue today. It is a Rithmic data issue. The fact that you are able to get data on another system is not relevant. Rithmic uses a different mechanism to connect to Sierra Chart. You need to work with Rithmic on this issue. It is not a Sierra Chart problem.
