Hi, I am unable to get the historical data for NAS100 and SPX500 before 2025-07-31... For DOW30, I have no problem and can use the Market replay as of 2024-01-01 but with NAS100 and SPX500, when I set 2024-01-01, it load 2025-07-31. I can't believe we have less than 1-year historical data for those popular CFDs... what I am doing wrong? I tried to delete the data and redownload but no result. Thanks! |

I found my issue.. I thought chart settings was unique to all my chartbook but it isn't... I had different parameters for DOW30 and NAS100, all good now.

Well actually I thought I had solved my problem but when I change the date from 2025-07-31 to 2024-01-01 and click on Apply all, the date revert to 2025-07-31.. strange because my brother just bought Sierra too and he have full historical data...

Okay so for those reading this post.. I figured the issue.. you have two settings for historical data. You need to ensure to set the same in both place: Global Settings > Data Trade Service Settings > Maximum Historical Intradays Days to Download & Chart > Chart Settings > Load Data Limiting Method: Days to Load Ensure you have both the same otherwise you may face the same issue as me. Working great now :) |
