i have just bought a new service package and activated CME FULL data in order to get live. i have an ironbeam trading account that is reviwed and accepted by you. however while doing the related setting in sierra software( global setting>>data trade service setting) when i choose teton as my service and set ironbeam as my firm and then click ok, an error occurs and says no trade accounts assigned! help me out please and solve the probable technical issue |

Is your account with Ironbeam setup for the Teton Order Routing Service?
