Windows Set to 'Minimize to Bottom' Come Back to Un-Minimized State Upon Restart.

Global Settings >> GUI >> MDI Child Window Minimize Method set to: Minimize to Bottom
Global Settings >> GUI >> Use Alternate Window Placement Method set to: No
I've tried Window >> Reset Window, then reset things up again. That didn't work.

Each time I restart, both Charts [b}and Spreadsheets[/b] that I minimized to bottom previously come back as visible upon restart.
Summary, SC doesn't reopen to have my charts set up the way they were previously.
