Hello Sierra Engineering, Are different drawing/rendering engines used for ACSIL subgraph and sc.UseTool drawings? For example, a dashed line via subgraph looks different to the same with sc.UseTool? Thank you |

We do not know what is meant by "engine". We really do not like that word in software. An engine involves, a chemical reaction to convert that to a moving force. All graphics in Sierra Chart are done either through the graphics device interface of windows, or OpenGL. OpenGL can be enabled or disabled. A dashed line will look different because Subgraphs, are drawn, one bar at a time and not a continuous line spanning many bars as compared to Chart Drawings.
