Dear Sierra Chart Support Team,

My account name is **WY070804**. I am encountering a **timeout error** ("Timeout error. There was no response.") when trying to log in to the Sierra Chart desktop client, and the login has failed repeatedly.

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps, but the problem persists:
1. **Switched networks:** Tried connecting via my mobile hotspot instead of my campus network.
2. **Disabled security software:** Turned off Windows Firewall and all third-party antivirus programs.
3. **Reset network settings:** Executed `netsh winsock reset` and restarted my computer.
4. **Reinstalled the software:** Uninstalled Sierra Chart, deleted the installation folder, and reinstalled the latest version with administrator privileges.

A key observation: I can access the Sierra Chart website and this Support Board without any issues. This confirms that my network can reach your servers, and the problem is isolated to the desktop client.

You attached the "SierraChartFileDownloader.exe" files. We need to see an image of what you are getting when you try to login.
