I am seeing the messages "sierrachartstudies_arm64.dll is missing. possibly removed by an anti-maleware software." when I go to Chart Studies? I just closed and re-logged into Sierra Chart and this is what happened? How do I get this error to go away? I no longer see one of my volume bar studies on my chart anymore. |

For some reason, the file that contains all of the studies is missing on your system. Typically this occurs due to the anti-malware software removing it, which is why you are given that message. Make sure you put in an exception for your anti-malware software for the entire Sierra Chart folder so you do not continue to have an issue with this. Then update your Sierra Chart software to the same version you are already running. From what we see this would be version 2773. Follow the instructions at the following link to install a specific version (ignore the fact that it is about rolling back, the same instructions apply): Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure The downloader will re-install any missing components (including the SierraChartStudes_ARM64.dll file). For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
